Refund and Assignment
1. Non-Refundable Payments: The clause establishes that any payments rendered by an individual to MR MATRIMONY for membership, renewal fees, or auto-renewal purposes are strictly considered non-refundable. This clause serves to clarify the non-negotiable nature of these financial transactions.
2. Assignment Prohibition: This clause explicitly prohibits MR MATRIMONY members from assigning or transferring their membership rights to any other party or entity. Violation of this provision constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. Additionally, MR MATRIMONY retains the right to enforce appropriate remedies as stipulated in clause 2(b) of the terms and conditions.
3. Non-Transferability of Services: Here, it is reiterated that payments made for MR MATRIMONY services are non-transferable and cannot be allocated to other individuals or parties. This clause emphasizes the exclusivity of the services provided by MR MATRIMONY and underscores the non-negotiable nature of financial transactions in relation to these services.
2. Moneyback Guarantee
2.1 Eligibility Criteria: Within the first 90 days of obtaining premium membership, members may be eligible for a refund under specific conditions. If a member has reached out to a maximum of three mutually matching profiles without receiving any acceptances, they may request a refund. However, certain criteria must be met, including maintaining a profile completion rate of at least 95% and allowing a minimum response time of two weeks for messages sent. If refund is accepted then a refund will be paid with in 10 working days.
2.2 Definition of Acceptance: Acceptance is defined broadly to encompass various forms of engagement and interest from potential matches. This includes actions such as viewing contact numbers, expressing interest, positive responses to messages, or initiating and reciprocating interactions.
2.3 Applicability: The Moneyback Guarantee is applicable exclusively to premium pack purchases, ensuring that members who invest in premium services have recourse in the event of dissatisfaction within the specified timeframe.
3. Assisted Service Guarantee
3.1 Eligible Users: This clause specifies the eligibility criteria for users who may avail themselves of the Assisted Service Guarantee. It is applicable only to users utilizing the Assisted Service for the first time, thereby incentivizing new users to engage with this service.
3.2 Profile Matching Criteria: Users must meet specific criteria regarding profile matching, ensuring that they have a substantial pool of potential matches to facilitate the effectiveness of the Assisted Service.
3.3 Partner Preference Narrowing: Users are advised against narrowing down their partner preferences once the Assisted service has commenced. This provision encourages users to maintain an open-minded approach to potential matches, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of the service.
4. Membership Packages
4.1 Variety of Packages: MR MATRIMONY offers a range of premium membership packages to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of its members. These packages, including Basic, Premium, and NRI options, offer varying durations and features to accommodate different membership preferences.
4.2 Selection of Package: Members are provided with the flexibility to select a premium membership package that aligns with their specific requirements. These packages vary in duration, with corresponding price differences reflecting the range of premium features available to members.
4.3 Package Limitations: Each premium package comes with certain limitations, particularly concerning the count of phone number views. Exceptions apply to specific packages, such as the Premium package (12 months) and the NRI package (24 months), which offer unique benefits and privileges tailored to the needs of members within those categories.
